These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Automatic Program website, services, and programs operated by Omnira Investments Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use our services.

2. Services

The Automatic Program provides online coaching, educational content, and psychotherapy-informed programs delivered via video, community platforms, and digital materials. All sessions and services are delivered remotely.

Our services include, but aren't limited to:

The Automatic Experience: a live or recorded webinar event.
Rapid Reset: a self-paced program of 8 structured sessions.
The Intensive (3-month and 6-month): personalised 1:1 programs with Anna Ferguson.
Uniquely You: daily 1:1 coaching program.
The Foundation: a free community tier.
The Clarity Call: a paid diagnostic session.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By purchasing or accessing our services, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by service:

The Automatic Experience (webinar): non-refundable once purchased.
Rapid Reset: non-refundable once access to the program has been granted.
The Intensive (3-month and 6-month): if you wish to discontinue, a refund may be issued for unused sessions at a pro-rata rate, minus any sessions already completed. This is at the discretion of the provider.
Uniquely You: if you wish to discontinue, a refund may be issued for unused sessions at a pro-rata rate, minus any sessions already completed. This is at the discretion of the provider.
The Clarity Call: non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

6. Not Medical Advice

The Automatic Program is an educational and coaching service. It isn't a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our programs aren't intended to replace professional medical care, psychiatric treatment, or therapy for clinical conditions.

If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or have a medical condition that may be affected by participation in our programs, please consult your GP or relevant healthcare professional before enrolling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs, including text, graphics, videos, audio, methodologies, frameworks, and brand materials, is the intellectual property of Omnira Investments Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a program grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own use only.

8. User Conduct

When using our services, including our community platform, you agree to:

Treat other members and our team with respect and courtesy.
Not share, distribute, or resell any program content or materials.
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Maintain the confidentiality of anything shared by other members in our community spaces.

We reserve the right to remove access to any user who violates these terms without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnira Investments Inc won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services won't exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We don't guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary depending on the individual, and participation in our programs doesn't guarantee any particular outcome.

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For 1:1 sessions (The Intensive, Uniquely You, The Clarity Call), we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
