The Problem With Everything You've Tried

Diets work on the assumption that if you control what goes in, the problem is solved. But you already know what to eat. You could write the meal plan yourself. Information was never the issue.

Willpower treats it as a discipline problem. Something to resist, white-knuckle through, push past. But the pattern is stronger than any conscious decision you make... because it doesn't live in the conscious mind. It fires before you even realise it's happening.

Traditional therapy works at the level of thoughts and feelings. You understand why you eat. You can name the triggers. You have plenty of insight. And yet the behaviour continues, because understanding a pattern and interrupting it are two completely different things.

The automatic program is encoded at the nervous system level. It runs beneath conscious thought. And nothing you've tried so far has reached it there.

The Three-Stage Method

Each stage builds on the last. There aren't shortcuts or workarounds. This is how lasting change actually happens.

01STAGE 01

Identify Your Pattern

Before anything can change, we need to see exactly what's running. The actual program: when it fires, how it fires, what triggers the cascade, and where in your body it begins.

It's a clinical diagnostic process that maps the automatic program operating beneath your awareness. Most clients have never had anyone look at their pattern this way. They've been told what to do about food, but nobody's shown them what's actually happening.

The Pattern Profiler is a starting point. It gives you your first glimpse of the type of automatic program you're running. From there, the diagnostic deepens through Anna's clinical assessment.

02STAGE 02

Interrupt The Program

Once the pattern is mapped, we interrupt it. Anna uses targeted nervous system interventions that operate at the level where the pattern is encoded.

The program lives in the nervous system. The body holds it. So that's where we work. This is psychotherapy, but not the kind where you talk about your childhood for an hour and leave feeling understood but unchanged.

Clients often describe a physical shift during this stage. Something loosens... the grip of the pattern weakens. The automatic pull towards food begins to quiet. Not because they're resisting it, but because the signal itself is changing.

03STAGE 03

Install New Defaults

Your nervous system learns a new response. The default itself changes.

This is the part that surprises clients most. The old pattern doesn't need managing or controlling or fighting. It just stops being the automatic response. You walk past the kitchen without the pull. You sit on the sofa in the evening and the thought of food doesn't arrive. The noise goes quiet.

It isn't about building better habits on top of a broken foundation. The automatic response changes at source, so the pattern that ran your evenings... your weekends... your relationship with food for years simply stops running.
